At SkillED our goal is to compliment the exiting education system, bridging the curriculum with a tailored list of skills trainings. This could include a combination of job-specific skills, life skills, and personal development techniques.

Each of our programs are created in collaboration with a business. The end result is a customized program focused on the specific skills that the employer needs.

These programs focus on areas that may be missed in a traditional curriculum.

The end result is that you will teach exactly what is needed, for your students to be successful in their future job.

An on-site SkillED manger works with the instructor helping ensure that the course is successful by: Collaborating as a teaching partner, Demonstrating how to, Guiding students
Each program is supported by skilled tradespeople who will provide on-site/hands on training.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Your application, credentials, and unique skill set will be reviewed by our SkillED team to determine the education programs/settings that are the best fit for you.

Program assignment is sent: including location, curriculum, and basic student information.

Upon assignment acceptance, you will instruct a group of 15-20 students at a predetermined location teaching location.

The program will be delivered in conjunction with the assigned skilled tradesperson demonstrating the hands-on practical skills of each task.
