Resolving the Skills Gap One Program at a Time

Corporation/Business Owner reaches out to SkillED for a customized programme.

SkillED connects with an educational partner to create a customized curriculum.

Meet with a SkillED representative to determine the exact skills, values, and programs that the company would like to be taught.

The curriculum is sent to the business owner, for approval/refinement.

SkillED puts the rest of the pieces into place including teaching resources, instructor(s) classrooms, and the on-floor SkillED manager who will supervise the program.

The programme opens for registrations. All registrations are completed directly through the SkillED website.

In six to eight weeks (depending on the curriculum needs), the employer will have a set of skilled employees eager to work in their environment.
